Private Reading Booking & No-Show Policy

When you book a private reading, your chosen time slot is reserved exclusively for you. This means I have set aside that time specifically for your reading and cannot offer it to another client.

If You Need to Cancel or Rearrange

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans need to change.

If you let me know at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours where possible), I am happy to rearrange your reading for another suitable time. A £5 rebooking fee will apply to cover the administration and the time involved in rearranging your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or simply do not attend your booked reading, the time has been lost and your payment is non-refundable.

This is because your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you, and at such short notice I am unlikely to be able to offer that slot to another client.

Running Late

Please also be aware that if you answer your phone or attend your reading late, your reading will still finish at the originally booked time.

For example, if your reading is booked for 5:00pm–5:30pm and you answer at 5:10pm, the reading will still finish at 5:30pm. The lost time cannot be added to the end of your appointment, as I may have another client booked afterwards.

If you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible.

Please Respect My Time

I completely understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen, and I will always try to be reasonable where possible.

However, my time is also valuable. When you book an appointment, I turn away other potential bookings for that specific time.

By booking a private reading, you are agreeing to these booking terms and conditions.
